If IPMS is the patient’s primary care provider, please reach out to us for next steps. For all other patients, we encourage you to contact your primary care provider’s office to request an urgent referral be sent to establish care at a new specialty clinic for continuity of care. We recommend discussing with them the transfer of your medical records from our practice to facilitate a seamless transition. You may also contact your insurance company for a list of in network Pediatric Endocrinology providers.
Please be rest assured that IPMS remains available to provide medical services in the areas of general family health care. Dr. Cydney Fenton and IPMS will attempt to assist with the transition of care over the next 30 days, such as any urgent prescription refills.
