Meet Jenny Davis, the latest addition to the Independence Park Medical Services team. As a Certified Physician Assistant, she has extensive experience across a variety of fields including primary care, urgent care, orthopedics, pain management, and occupational medicine. Jenny is particularly passionate about general medicine, with a focus on managing conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and chronic diseases, as well as women’s health and lifestyle management including diet, exercise, and weight.
Jenny excelled in her studies, graduating Summa Cum Laude from the University of Washington’s MEDEX program. She has spent her entire career practicing in Alaska and is an active member of both the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Alaska Academy of Physician Assistants.
Dedicated to providing comprehensive and empathetic care, Jenny takes a holistic approach, addressing both the physical and mental well-being of her patients. She is skilled in various medical procedures, including the insertion and removal of Nexplanon and IUDs, trigger point and joint injections, lesion removal, cyst drainage, fracture care, and minor wound care.
Jenny promotes healthy lifestyle choices and actively encourages her patients to adopt such practices. Born in Michigan, she moved to Alaska as a child and now considers herself a native to the state. She loves the great outdoors and spends her free time with her family enjoying hiking, running, gardening, boating, fishing, and traveling. Jenny is committed to helping her patients lead the healthiest and most fulfilling lives possible by actively participating in and guiding their medical care.
